What is the minimum guest count for an event?
We typically cater events with a minimum of 20 guests. For intimate dinners under 20, please contact us directly as we offer a private chef service for smaller gatherings.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all five boroughs of New York City, with a focus on Brooklyn and Manhattan. We also cater events in Westchester, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey for an additional travel fee.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events, and 3-6 months for weddings and large-scale celebrations. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability — call us to check.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We regularly prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, halal, and allergen-friendly menus. Just let us know your guests' needs during the consultation and we'll design a menu that works for everyone.
What is included in your pricing?
Our per-person pricing includes menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup. Full-service staffing (servers, bartenders) and rental items (linens, tableware) can be added. We provide a detailed, transparent quote with no hidden fees.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! We offer private tastings for events with 75+ guests or weddings. A tasting session for up to 4 people can be arranged after your menu has been finalized. Tasting fees may apply and are credited toward your event total.
